yes basically, 3 months after the response, I expedite over the phone and just waiting to receive my card. the told me expedite can take from 7 to 10 days to get a email response and you don’t hear anything it’s they still working on your case. a bunch of mess for no reason

call Uscis with your receipt number ready then just say info pass the system will connect you to an agent. best of luck !
