what’s the expedition reason ?

humanitarian reasons. they accepted and now I received this and waiting for the paper to come in the mail.

I think they need more evidence to support your case

i don’t think so bc the country we are living in they already know the living conditions. also they told me if they needed more evidence they would send me an email to submit evidence.

from what I am reading so far it may be the approval or the denial but not sure. wanted to know if someone experience the same thing and what was the outcome

jino how you got that they accept i expidate my 131 after one day the send email that sens your urgent reson coz of humniturian reson I send now it is 4 months no response from uscis about expidate approval or denail

i have 2 kids maybe that’s why.

yes I had same on my case …. and it’s a RFE or NOID…… I filed for my three kids …. so on Feb 7th I had that mail

Rauf, what did they ask you to send in? i already had a RFE in October they received it. not sure what else they would need.

yes its a NOID and they give you just 30 days .check under your uscis account to see if they uploaded it on there under the document tab

do you have any idea what they would need for me to submit since i already had a RFE?

@juno ak the same thing. I submitted all the evidences with the form and as you got notification on February 18th that they sent me a letter that explains RFE they need from me. Feb 18th was Friday and today is a holiday so I hope we both will get our letter tomorrow 🙏

@jino , you know expediting your case is just like reminding uscis about your case ….. so after they approve the expedite then they start working on it ….. and tbh … they requested for lotta stuffs … medical records , church records , school records , pictures ….. like in all they needed any kinda evidence I could support my cases with …. so what I did first was just run a DNA test and i they gon call the kids tomorrow so they can take their samples to …. but for the other evidence they gathered them all already and someone will be coming to the US this weekend.. so the person bringing them all to me then once I have them all , then I’ll send them all to the lawyer so she can forward it to them

This is what they need from me Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, was not signed by the petitioner, (my husbands name), or the copy that was submitted did not contain all pages of the form. Submit a properly completed and signed Form I-130. All pages must be present and of the latest edition date. The latest edition of Form I-130 can be found at the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov. The beneficiary, (my name), on Form I-130 must submit a properly completed and signed Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary. All pages must be present and of the latest edition. The latest edition of Form I-130A can be found at the USCIS website at Website so looks like not a big deal in my situation.

The lawyer that submitted my paper did them through mail. so I do not have a account. i just applied for one so I can see all the documents but waiting for a code in the mail to activate it..

So I’m still waiting for that paper to come in the mail still hasn’t came in hopefully today. But bc I am impatient I called the USCIS and they told me it was a NOID. But he did not explain to me what the letter says he said I have to wait till I get it in. So hoping it’s something easy 🙏

hey. I haven’t received my letter in mail yet as well but I am able to see it in my account but you don’t have access yet:( my letter called request for initial evidence and yes only signatures for now.

the letter arrived today

received the letter not in the mail but in my USCIS account. There asking for a completed 130A which I did not sure why there asking for another one. also my question there asking to place the attached cover sheet and this entire letter on top of your response. Can I print it out and use the paper that was under my documents to submit with the i130a or does it have to be the original mail.

yes I believe I filled it out wrong and put my info when it should be mt husbands info.

The man who helped my file my paper is not precisely a lawyer he helps people for filling out immigration paper work. I think he made a mistake by telling me I-130a should be my info when in fact it should be my husbands. So will correct this today and send it out. Thank god something small

I sent on Friday and today status changes that response to RFE means that they received it so less than a week. NBC

yes same for me when I had a RFE previously took no longer than a week for them to get it and update the system. If you have a tracking number tho see if they received it and you shouldn’t worry if so

I’ve not sent them yet … since documents will be delivered on Tuesday to me ….. then by Wednesday,9th March I’ll mail them to uscis …. my deadline is 14th March 😫

prepare ur documents and send it 1 day delivery I think you should be fine.

your husband lives in which country please? my husband lives in Iraq and Iraq’s conditions is not good I want to expedite and this is one of the reasons !?

Lebanon. yes if the living conditions are bad that is a good reason to expedite

i responded my Noid june 10th this year still not updated😓

@zakky it took around 1 month n half I believe. if you want u can email them and ask why it’s taking so long that’s what I did.
