67 days after medical RFER - Nebraska- no news
That’s so frustrating… It has been 67 days since my medical RFER… Nebraska, Employment based I-485, ROW, EB2… Anyone with similar experience? For how long did you guys wait?

did you put in a service request? on the the uscis site it says if you dint hear nothing by the 60th day about your rfe then you have to fill out the erequest and within 30 days you should hear something

I didn’t yet… On the RFE itself it was written that I can call them after 93 days… Did anyone have success submitting SR after 60 days? Can I do it at my USCIS account?

@al manito im still within the 30 days after not getting no response past 60 days from rfe received so hopefully soon they can tell me something

My I-485 has been pending after submitting request for evidence for over 130 days. Still no response. When I did a chat with Emma, the person on the live chat told me that it’s under processing but no timeline. I am worried and need help to understand how to expedite.

@al manito I submitted in July and got the RFE in November … all my friends are telling me that I should have it soon … honestly at this point I’ll just take the EAd I need to go back to work

May 6 2021.. sent it to USCIs last September.. the waiting is killing me 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
