Ombudsman Online Request Not Working - Help!
Hello! To those that have successfully submitted a request to the Ombudsman. How did you do it? I am trying to submit it online via the website and once I click “submit” , the page goes blank and I get an error message saying “Access Denied…. You don’t have permission to access this webpage on this server.” Did anyone else get this problem? and how do I make it work? I tried using Safari and Google Chrome and I get the same message in both. PLEASE HELP!!

Yes I am in the US. I’ve tried submitting it about 5 times already since Friday night. I am taking less than 20 mins because I am just copy/pasting. I am thinking maybe I need to wait until regular business hours? I will try again on Monday during the day. 😩

No I wasn’t able to submit through the website so I downloaded the form and emailed it but I never received a response saying they got it so I’m not sure it went through. It’s been 11 days.

yeah tried multiple times and upon submission it just errors out. i was thinking of using the email route but the fun thing is even the form wouldn't render out while trying to download as pdf.

@New York I tried different browsers and I’ve probably filled out the form at least 20 times on different days and it never goes through :( I haven’t tried a different device yet.

@New York but it is definitely helpful to know that you got that response and that you are still waiting because that gives me an idea of what to expect in regards to my case.

@Waiting … After realizing I couldn’t submit it via the website, I called them and was on hold for 1 hour so I had to hang up and then I emailed them and they responded a day later with the PDF form asking me to fill it out and send it via email. The form wouldn’t render on the email preview but it would work once I downloaded and opened it.

yeah same here.. chrome,edge firefox won't make a difference for me neither in submitting online or downloading a pdf.

@L S , Thanks, I will send them an email to send me a form via email. this is what I see even when I have the recommended pdf reader.

@New York. yeah using windows 10. sent my SO the link to see if she can open it using a different system. No luck there either.
tried on ubuntu with chrome. same results
