AOS interview waiver?
Hi All!
Today my spouse’s GC EAD has been approved. Im still awaiting mine. However I see a new myProgress Tab in the USCIS online account where it shows 4 steps out of which Step 3 (Attend Interview) is completed. I have not attended any interview yet. Currently it is showing Step 4 (Case Decision) as in progress. Does that mean my interview has been waived off? How soon can I expect a decision? Appreciate your response 😊😊.

In an effort to try to figure out why my EAD may be taking so long (biometrics complete June 18th,2025) and as someone who’s pending status adjustment as a K1 visa entrant, I asked GPT.
Gave them all facts, including that I am on my second RFE for I-485, and what stuck out to AI is the category I filed under. I remember filing as (A)(6) for K1 (as per USCIS website) however GPT says this category is only for refugee filing. All in all GPT says I should refile my I-765 under category (c)(9), send supporting documents, and a cover letter explaining why I am refiling (without the fee as I’m pending both I-485 & I-765)
I would really like some input on this before I go through 😅

Has anyone seen any I-360 approvals recently?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been checking Lawfully and other forums, but I haven’t seen any I-360 approvals posted in the last couple of weeks. It’s making me a bit anxious.
Has anyone received an Vawa approval lately, from #February 2022?
Would love to hear your timelines or any updates.

My lawyer sent my file 360 plus renewal 765 at the beginning of March 2025, I still haven't received any notice. He sent it to Nebraska service PO box 87426, Lincoln NE
And now when I do some research they tell me it's the wrong address. I'm under stress.

UPDATE 08/11/25: I contacted state senator to help by making an inquiry to USCIS. Fingers crossed.
UPDATE 08/18/25: USCIS updated both cases that they are still being reviewed.
UPDATE 08/19/25: USCIS updated both cases that they are APPROVED!
UPDATE 08/25/25: USCIS updated I-485 to “Permanent Residency Card has been produced”.

I waited 2 years and 2 months for all this, I already have my interview, I was a sponsor at first but now I can't because I earn less money and thats hard to find people now days dont want to help even if they can they said no.Why everything is so difficult

F4 I-130 Concern
We're still waiting but I was just curious, me and my siblings were around 7-9 years old at the time my mother applied for F4 in 2012. Now I'm over 21 and my siblings will age out as well, will I have to apply separately after she gets approved? What's the process going to be?
I'd appreciate if anyone could explain
