DHS pause all cases for people from Haiti

how recent?

@Max power i understand that DHS pause cases for people in Haiti but what if the wife is not from Haiti but the u.s citizen spouse was born there. do they stop those cases too?

dhs paused all application involving any of the band countries,my cousin husband is from there and they should have interviewed this month but they cancelled their own

@shenni law I’m not sure for me my wife is American (white) and I’m from Liberia 🇱🇷 but still my case is taking long, pd sept 27,2023, July 30,2024 interview completed ✔️ and in march 2025 case is being actively reviewed up to now. so for me i don’t know what to think now.

@Rahim Kamara we are in this together I've been waiting since March and April 2023 for my cases to be approve and still nothing did my interview in March 2025. hope i don't need another
