EB-1B I-140 Premium Processing on Dec 17, 2025
Filed EB-1B I-140 using premium processing on Dec 17, 2025. I should have received a decision by today (15 business days). Website says case still being processed. Anyone in the same boat?

i-140 premium processing is 45 days, not 15.

D Kat, it’s 15 business days for EB1. It’s 45 business days for EB2-NIW.

I’d suggest you count out the days from Dec 24-Dec 31st

@Not Available... You need to start counting from the receipt date and not the filing date.

Similar - receipt date was 18 Dec but I was told to count day 1 as the next business day. Then due to holidays, I count that 12 Jan should be my decision date (fingers crossed). 🙏
