can you guys see all the documents you submitted as evidence under you documents tab??
my attorney submitted my paperwork via mail and I’m just now seeing that there’s only TWO pictures.. that’s it.
so I want to know if maybe uscis hasn’t updated or if it’s normal to not see everything that was submitted

I got an email stating I was at the last step 4/4
“my case is being actively reviewed by an officer”
I assumed I was gonna get a response within 2-4 weeks since it’s happened that way to a bunch of people I know .. I’ve been waiting for almost two months now to hear from them again .. anyone waited this long too ? how much longer does it take ?
it’s been 722 days since I started my process.

After I have exhausted all my option I will be moving forward with this ..I am trying to save some money for this .They have had my medicals for over one year and am done ..Am planning to do this in the month of march..I hear Jim hacking is good but is there another cheaper lawyer out there ..I am not gonna do the pro se cause I know my luck they may end up meeting me in court
please help explain why after having our I-130 for 500+ days they ask for additional evidence? it was for one document from 1998……
so frustrating

Got Tracking # from live agent
Agent Johnathan was helpful with providing me with the tracking number. As you know it’s not usually available online till the day of delivery most times and since I’m not home I wanted to track it 👀closely 😂😮💨
