EB1 I485 to non local FO
I485 moved to Brooklyn FO from NBC. I live & work in California & I765 currently in Nebraska SC. This is the update I got from Live agent today. receipt date Oct 10, 2025 at NBC. Could you please let me know if any one is in similar situation & what were the next steps. Thanks.

very very slow field office.mine has nothing since transferred on sep 04,not even a single silent api update.very frustrating.

@samiksha pandit I was thinking it’s a positive sign moving to non-local FO if the PD is current. you are waiting from last 4 months almost. That’s very slow. I am interpreting that it may take long time based on your case. could you let me know your PD.

almost similar timings. filing date 10/14, biometric 11/21, 2 silent updates on 485 in Dec 12/8 and 12/23. moved to Queens field office, interview waved, 765 with Nebraska. last silent update on 765 was 12/26.nothing since then.

mine has I485 silent update on 11/25 & it disappeared & another silent update on 12/23. I765 doesn’t have any updates since biometrics 11/12. My wife received her standalone EAD on 11/29.

submitted my I-485 since sept 22nd 2025, biometrics on October 21 and since then no news and no update
