When you filed the vawa? I filed march 22 and have approved expedition almost 11 months ago which didn't played any role. No rfe as of yet. i hope they ll approve you soon

@Good vibes For ever -My expedite approved on Sept 29, got Rfe Oct 9 and responded Nov 5 and waiting.. I have urgent medical situation. Hopefully they will approve soon!

@Layla Layla it has to be something serious or is it ok normal health issues? and can I show proofs from my home country to get it approved?

VAWA received Aug ‘22; PFD Oct ‘22; RFE good faith marriage and proof of abuse May ‘25, and USCIS received RFE response mid Aug, and I have been waiting since then. VAWA received in Aug ‘22; PFD in Oct ‘22; RFE for good faith marriage and proof of abuse in May ‘25; USCIS received the RFE response in mid Aug, and I have been waiting since then.

RFE since October 2023. no response yet

mine was less than 30 others are 60-90-120 days so honestly, don’t compare yourself to anybody because everyone’s timeline is so different. I noticed those will have Good Faith marriage request. They don’t get a fast response. I guess they take longer to evaluate the case!
