Medical Exam
Did someone receive a request for the medical exam or other evidence through a notice letter instead of RFE?
I called USCIS last Friday, and the agent said that the officer had already issued the letter, but nothing had changed in my account. I searched that sometimes they just sent a notice letter instead of an RFE.

The problem is that I came to Korea on vacation for a week with my family using my L1 visa, and I am scheduled to return on Friday.

I already had my EAD when I was married, it was canceled and when I applied for VAWA I received my new EAD in 118 days, I requested the AP and it has been 208 days without an update, only that it would not be necessary to take the photos or biometrics again because they would use the last time I did it.. everything normal so far right?
