EB1C I140 filed PP on Nov 5th
Did anyone file I140 in EB1c Premium recently ? Mine was filed on Nov5th 2025 and got receipt on Nov7th. My premium processing window completes this Friday. Is it normal for it to be in processing till the last week of PP window ?#eb1c #pp #140

The same happened to me. I got a RFE on the 45th business day and after RFE response almost 90 business days already passed 😐
