D S, as they took 53 business days to approve, did the refund the PP fee? They usually try to approve by 45th business day I heard to avoid the refund.

j j, in your case maybe Nov 7, is Business Day 1 and if USCIS is considering 24th and 26th Dec as holidays for PP too, then tomorrow is Day 45 for you. Let me know if you here something by today else tomorrow. Thx

The same happened to me. I got a RFE on the 45th business day and after RFE response almost 90 business days already passed 😐

After RFE response.. they get fresh 45 business days more else they need to refund the premium processing fee.

my receipt date was Nov 11. today is 45th business day. no results yet.

Naidu.. currently it looks like they taking close to 44-45 business days to approve or send RFE as seems they are overwhelmed with applications. So I highly doubt you will hear back anything by Jan end with Dec 17 receipt date.
