Hello Lawfully Community, I'm looking for guidance here. I'm currently serving in the US Army as an active duty member and am exploring ways to expedite my USCIS case. I filed a petition for my mom to join me in the U.S., ideally before my wedding and a potential permanent ban is placed on Nigeria. My military status and wanting her to live with me are other key factors. I don't have strong evidence on expediting reasons right now, so I'm hoping someone can share their experiences or provide tips on how to best navigate this. Any insights are appreciated

EAD card not produced yet

My derivative got her green card ead approved since December 4th but no card produced yet. what could be the reason? Also, we are from Nigeria. might it be cos of the ban?

Rescheduling of IVP

Hi do anyone has experience of rescheduling the IVP appointment in Pakistan ( Islamabad Embassy)? I requested for this through USA embassy Islamabad navigator, but still no response? Also can anyone share the details about the maximum period of Administrative approval? Will embassy held the passport?

Good Morning Everyone! I have a question hopefully someone here can help me with it. My wife is currently in El Salvador, Waiting for her I601 Waiver. We submitted a request to get it expedited due ti my wife being diagnose with cancer. Its been 5 months and we still havent received any news. Does anyone know what I can do to speak with someone regarding that . we sent out letters , Doctors letters , Diagnosis , But we stull havent received any news. I would really appreciate if anyone can give me any info on this. I’m a US Citizen by the way.

I want to know what kind of good faith tests I can send to uscis. I got married young and I never worry about things like that but I do have Lease 3 years Bill of the light And the same id in the same direction I don't know what more evidence I can send because I really don't have anything else ☹️ some advice please ?

interview letter items

I just got my interview letter and my pd is current in January. Besides the travel documents and personal documents, the interview letter just mentioned offer letter or supplement j (if I haven’t submitted before). I did submit 485 when I filed 485. So for my coming interview, I don’t need to bring any documents about my employment. I thought most applicants would have the same interview letters if they are under the same category. But I heard that some people are required to bring documents like employment verification letters, offer letters. So looks like candidates may get different interview letters even if they are under same eb category. Is that correct? any thoughts?
