I thank God for this group. It gave me faith to keep believing that if others were receiving their green cards, one day it would be my turn too. @vi_34567 345 sure I tried contacting USCIS office, senator, Ombudsman, and after many inquiries without any success I decided to file Writ of Mandamus 10/10/25 filed Writ of Mandamus this was during the shutdown 12/16/26 RFE for medical exam ( since the one I sent with my package got expired) 1/01/26 sent response for RFE 1/07/26 GC got the approval! 🙏🎉🎉

@Khan 804 it’s 1 year back. only REFUGEES get GC for the day of admission…asylees hust get back 1 year.

@F s In the notification they sent me, it said that the one I submitted before had expired and that I needed to submit a new medical exam. 🤷🏻‍♀️
