I'm tired of waiting.. i submitted health records last year November, they started reviewing it finally 90 days ago. there's no update since then.. how long does it usually take to get green card after RFE?

hello! i got an rfe last year june 14 and I responded and received by USCIS june 17.
now when I checked my account, it says RFE Received Feb 12 and will be reviewed, idk know what it means, so basically when I responded on june 17, they really didn’t receive it?
idk what’s going on. please make me understand.

It stated “In order to speed up processing. we transferred your petition (I-485) to NBC Lee’s Summit MO.
My questions!
*My I-360 is not yet approved.
*Will it be likely that both cases (I-360 & I-485) transfer to MO?
*Did anyone know NBC Lees Summit MO processing time.
