EB1C with PD 23 Mar 2022.
Did any one with in this timeline? Does any one receive further updates? Myself and my dependents 485 filed with Medicals and completed Bio in Oct 2022, and dates got retrogaced, again responded to medical RFE in Aug 2024 as they were expired.

@Ravi Kumar Devarakonda so have you have received the medical RFE in Aug 2024 even though your PD was not current?!

Yes, though my PD wasn’t current I got RFE saying my medicals got expired in Aug24 and I had resubmitted

in general march 2022 cases are being processed and some approved as well. raise a query on usics processing time option where u may get a response if any artifacts are pending/dependent
