I-130 petition for my mom
Hello Lawfully Community, I'm looking for guidance here. I'm currently serving in the US Army as an active duty member and am exploring ways to expedite my USCIS case. I filed a petition for my mom to join me in the U.S., ideally before my wedding and a potential permanent ban is placed on Nigeria. My military status and wanting her to live with me are other key factors. I don't have strong evidence on expediting reasons right now, so I'm hoping someone can share their experiences or provide tips on how to best navigate this. Any insights are appreciated

@Moses Olanrewaju I tried to expedited my case because my mom and dad are elders and sick and they deny my expedited case. I will try with my congress lady.
