Case Processing
Prayer for My Green Card and Unshakable Hope
Heavenly Father,
You know my heart
how long I’ve dreamed, waited, and worked for this moment.
I thought I’d already have that green card sitting in my wallet by now,
but I guess it’s not my time yet.
Still, I trust Your timing, even when mine feels overdue.
My birthday is just seven days away,
and honestly, I claim the whole month as mine.
This is my season
my renewal, my breakthrough.
I’m speaking it into existence: I will become a green card holder in my birth month.
Lord, keep my spirit steady in the waiting.
Fill me with peace when the doubt creeps in,
and remind me that Your “yes” never misses its mark.
Let my patience be proof of my faith,
and my faith be the key that opens every closed door.
I’m ready for the new chapter You’re writing
one stamped with promise, freedom, and grace.
Amen. 🌤️
EAD and Interview
## My biometrics are scheduled for Nov 4, 2025. Based on current trends, how long does EAD approval usually take afterward for EB-2 NIW cases?
## Is processing slightly faster for NIW applicants if clearance is good?
## Also, what’s the likelihood of an interview, especially for dependent daughters over 15 years old and more than 20 yrs of marriage!!!
## Any predictions or shared experiences?

rfe vawa
The RFE I was waiting for finally arrived. They said the domestic tension I was experiencing wasn't covered by the VAWA. They want more evidence to prove emotional abuse. I experienced emotional abuse, not physical abuse. I've already submitted all the evidence. Now, I can't think of any other evidence besides the latest psychological report and the letters I'll receive from neighbors. What do you think?
What’s your experience with CHEN?
I applied for I-140 with Chen and got an RFE, then a rejection later. My contract with Chen includes unlimited applications until we get an approval, so I applied using Chen for the second time a year later. Since it has been a year already, I’m worried that I’ll get another rejection. If you applied for NIW with Chen, can you tell me how was your experience? Has anyone been rejected twice using Chen as their lawyer? Thank you in advance..
