Second RFE request SIJS base
Hi all
I sent my medicals RFE in July 2024 and after that they placed me in case remains pending
Now I was notified that a RFE was sent to me, I have no clue what that could possibly be, I emailed my lawyer but I was wondered if anyone has seen something like this before
neither my friends that already got their GC had this happened to them
I understand this is better than denial or NOID but I am still anxious about it

@d r my lawyer just replied saying they believe it is related to a new medical exam, apparently USCIS is requesting a new medical exam from some cases that have been in pending for a long time… we will know for sure when the letter arrives
they don’t check my online account and I don’t have access to it

You’re going to be approved soon. Everyone who gets an RFE gets approved a few days later.

@A M solo dice que se actualizó el caso, pero no cambió el estado "pendiente"… Pero dicen que eso significa que un oficial retomó el caso para revisarlo y ver si falta algo o tomar la acción final.."aprobación".

@Erik Hernandez I hope it is an approval but just keep in mind that if your priority date was pending for over 2 years there is a chance they will send you a RFE, that’s what I was told
but apparently they don’t that to everyone
hopefully we get out approval sooner than later 🙏

@diego roman this wasn’t a thing when I got my SIJS approved, my SIJS was approved in January 2023 and I applied for my green card and work permit a month after
I know some people had to wait longer due to pending matter with court but it wasn’t my case too

@Andreina Elias Yo llamé a uscis en mayo/6 y un agente me dijo que mi caso estaba actualmente "bajo revision" Pero ya pasaron 20 días desde esa llamada y no ha pasado nada aún!🤷

@Erik Hernandez eso lo dicen siempre yo creo por qué a mi también me dijeron esos have meces y nada lo unico que se que paso hace un mes que me lo trasladaron del NBC al field office pero de ahí nada mas esos 2 mensajes respetidos del 25 de mayo
