DACA Recipient URGENT READ!!!
We acknowledge that in recent months some DACA renewal requestors have experienced processing times longer than the 120-day processing time goal due to a technical issue, which we have resolved. We are committed to reviewing and processing all DACA renewal requests within 120 days. When we learned of the issue, we devoted additional resources to review and resolve, as appropriate, DACA renewals requests that were affected by the technical issue. We anticipate that within the next 30-45 days we will review and resolve the vast majority of affected requests that we have not already resolved.
DACA renewal requestors may submit an inquiry online about the status of your renewal requests if it has been pending more than 105 days. We also consider expedite requests on a case-by-case basis. Please visit the USCIS Expedite Requests website for more information and guidance on expedite requests.

•March 20- Public Inquiry -NVC Case # (MNL***)
•March 21 - DS-160 and paid Visa Fee
•April 10 - K1-FTP letter (email)
•APRIL 12, 2024-CASE READY!

My I-130 was approved today, and the approval notice was on my husband’s account. How long does it take for my I-485 to be approved? I hope I can expedite my I-131 so I can see my family this summer.
