It means interview will be waived most probably. Decision might come in a week to month.

@Charlie SC sure, will do. That non local FO has processing time of 8.5 months, but I am not sure how they count those.

@No image If interview is waived, mostly this long processing time doesn't count. They decide faster comparitively.

@Charlie SC no update yet. i asked yesterday again and emma was still saying it is still in transit and it was at that status at 08/12/2024. Not sure why it is in transit for this long.

@Charlie SC we are on same boat, I hope you get approved soon. You might have received a year ago if it was EB1. But you are almost there. Also wondering why you filled late? is it Perm based?

@No image My first 485 was denied last year after 1.5 yrs of processing. Now it's second time. That's why.

@No image My J1 waiver was pending when I applied, so they denied instead of waiting.
