I-485 is actively reviewed by Uscis and has been in the process since July 8
My work permit was approved immediately after I gave my fingerprints. and now I am at this stage in I-485 but I am having problems with my husband and I caught cheating on me we want to get a divorce what can I do in this situation and what should I do?? please help me guys!!

if you divorce there’s no legs for your 485 to stand on. it depends on your 130 which is literally based on marriage to him. with that your EAd is also invalid.
you can stay married and hope you get approved quickly and then try to prove your marriage was entered into in good faith when you apply to remove conditions. @Olivia Hannah

how many years have you been married? yes I’m sure EAD is technically invalid once you’re divorced since the 130 will be denied.
you can try VAWA but that takes years to get approved if you even qualify. @Olivia Hannah

Ma'am please listen. If you're going through this after only 9months of being married that means you shouldn't be married with this guy. My point is immigration or no you'll lose by staying with him because he's the petitioner!! I assume you have a SSN since you're EAD has been approved. So use it to open a small online business.. make money and move on. There's a man somewhere who's waiting to love you and care for you and that's what you need as well as the USCIS officers.
