Hey,
I am living outside the US. My Citizen mom in US filed for my i130 with all evidence back in May 2021. The first notice informed us that the application is being processed at Nebraska. In Feb 2022, case status changes to "Actively Reviewing".
My question is, is this still normal? And the case inquiry calculator on uscis website shows my inquiry date is next year... :/ Last year it showed inquiry date was Oct 2024.
My mom never been asked for any RFE either. Just the initial proof and the i130 application.
Is it normal for it to be delayed this long ?

Finally, My Journey is ended today. I would like to share my timeline below, hopefully, it is helpful for someone.
PD: 08/26/2020
12/06/2021: Submitted I485
01/26/2022: Fingerprints were taken
09/12/2022: The case was transferred to a field office.
10/13/2022: Fingerprints were taken (updated again)
03/13/2023: The case is ready to schedule an interview.
01/24/2024: Case is ready to schedule for an interview (updated again)
02/10/2024: received the Interview Notice directly by mailing without any update on my case number.
03/19/2024: interview at FO, and then my case was shown: Case must be reviewed… Then 01 hour later, it was updated: New Card is being ordered.
03/20/2024: Case was approved
03/29/2024: A card was mailed to me
04/10/2024: card in hand.

Refused only one document
Yestarday we had the interview, all went good but they refused cuz they want me to send my original divorced documents. They never ask about the sponsor or any other document.( i was more worry about the sponsor) Can be a positive thing that they didnt ask about anything else????? 🥺 I already send the document. Now we have to wait for next week for results i hope🥹🙏🏼🙏🏼
