Please Note: This does not mean your case will be expedited, as that decision will be made by the reviewing office. As such, the reviewing office may request the supporting evidence to include additional documentation to support expedited processing be sent to them

Your expedited request is approved; they either request supporting documents or approve it. There is no timeframe for this process. good luck.

they basically said you meet the criteria so they will send your request to be reviewed at the office in charge and once thats done, they will determine if they expedite it or not, they might ask for information.
