a Dios las gracias, fue un largo camino, aveces frustrante y desesperante, pero cada sacrificio al final tiene su recompensa, mi caso fue aprobado sin entrevista. espero que Dios les ayude a cada uno que están en espera de aprobación de sus casos, se que puede ser muy difícil aveces, pero nunca pierdan la fe.

My interview schedule is taking to long to take place
I have been waiting for my embassy to call me for an interview for 3 years until today they haven't call me all my documents have been approved, my case have been approved. I call them many time they told me to wait , it's not my time yet everything is good with my case the only thing that is holding me is the interview. My priority date is 9/29/2020. Is there anyone who have the same priority date or have the same month waiting?#familybase
I hope the NVC phase is less anxiety inducing...
Because at least they have a more definitive timeline unless the embassy slows down for whatever reason. I wish there was more certainty surrounding USCIS approvals instead of waking up wondering if today will be the day. I miss my husband. We haven't seen each other in over a year.

change process from eb3 to marriage
hello guys, I under eb3 unskilled process, my priority date is June 2021, but I don’t want to wait longer, my boyfriend will get married me, do you think that I need to do cancel my eb3 unskilled process?
If I send the documents my lawyer said we can skip the work authorization and travel documents,
please give me any tips, I will do the case by myself since the lawyer charge $4000 plus Uscis fee more that $4000 more.
