So tired
Last I updated you all that I had filed the I-765 after waiting 3-4 weeks after interview. It’s about to be a month I am just done waiting for this. Just hoping they approve my EAD soon so I can go back to work. Last couple of weeks I had been losing my mind, but its whatever at this point. Applied for an EAD based on my pending I-485 as my OPT based EAD had expired in July. I am focusing on my hobbies to keep myself sane. But also slowly emptying our savings. So much fun.

how was your interview if you don’t mind me asking , & also do
you have a lawyer ? maybe you can request expedit base on financial hardship since you can’t work

Interview was great. The IO needed this send the application for final review to her supervisor (she couldn’t do the final review and was recommending it for approval)
We didnt have a lawyer used Boundless. Do not recommend, just file by yourself with YouTube help

Is expediting even worth it? We don’t have the money right now, we asked the congressmen for help, they said they reached out and USCIS will give them an answer in 30 days. I also sent a service request and they said wait upto 120 days.

@Ana A am not sure if you have to pay to expedite it , but I trust god and he will deliver soon am patiently waiting as well response to rfe 864 since may and nothing since then
