I want to change my sponsor before complete contract
Hi,
its been 10 months i am working with my sponsor now my health is getting down day by day because the work environment is very toxic here I want to quit from here and want to do porting can anyone tell me is it ok of i change my sponsor before completing a year and what is the proceedure of porting or Can I work part time in a restaurant after completing a year with that? I want to do another job. Is it ok if I do that?

just leave the company if you cannot work anymore. I meant USCIS knows everything about this program and the agency. This is a business bring money to America, also we are good people who have money. We’re better than the illegals who coming here. If they denied us, America sucks. Periodt. Also, try working more 2 months before quitting the job. So in case you have interview, there’s proof you have fulfilled the contract. Don’t think too much ma’am, the EAD card is C09, so basically you can work whatever job with this card.

@yellow banana 🍌 not really about the ead. I tried to become a homecare for my aunt and they said I was disqualified for the job.

so I can work only in restaurants even after a complete contract with my sponsor, I cannot take this job part-time?
