March 2024 filing with PD 2017 still waiting

First we have to pray for getting above dates current in Oct visa bulletin..

Now that FAD would progress further, please share if anyone receives case update having PD in 2022/23. Case updates for medical RFE or case transferred.

No ..PD Feb 15’ 22 in CRP

@G S you should be the 1st person to get approved in a month once it becomes current. My PD is May 2022 and in CRP since 1 year

just initiated this tread to see if there are any offline approvals or any lucky bees without PD becoming current

my frustration already reached threshold levels due to this indefinite wait times 😌

Can anybody tell how many approved case are pending with prority date from Feb 24 onwards and what is the approximate quota for upcoming financial year. we shall be able to know how many cases (till a perticular prority date) will be cleared.

my priority date is Feb 9th 2022. my luck lol. one day after current Pd. hope it moves forward in the next weeks bulletin

@J D is your case in crp status now ? submitted medicals alread ? if so, then yes you should be hearing good news very soon 😀

in crp and yes medical done and yes I ve also been thinking I should be hearing good news very soon for last three years now 😀😀 well let’s see what happens next week with the bulletin

@J D yes, if it expired within 2 years.when did you submitted your medicals ?

my PD Mar 16, 2022.. CRP status

submitted in Jan 2022. so I’d have to get a new one

@J D Most likely you will get medical RFE once new bulletin is published. Better to get vaccinations checked if all are up to date.

@ what they are going to do with all eb1 visas for the new fiscal year ? when are they going to allocate new visas and when will they release new quota of eb1 visas ?

it’s been a more than a year I am in CRP with PD March 2022, has anyone tried to change jobs with EAD
