it has been 280 days since i filed and 175 days since approved my i-140. my pd is Nov-2023 and i am still waiting to be current…. tooo long

my PD is september 2023 @adam smith ; got i-140 approval on dec'2023. I believe it may be available in summer 2025.

@adam smith With the current trend of visa bulletin movement, I think it’s likely you will be able to file adjustment in August or September 2025.

@adam smith It’s possible but hard to tell. Hopefully not and you can file adjustment. Even once you file adjustment the wait isn’t over but at least another step in the process.
