RFE was for birth certificates even though we had included as part of our initial submission. Application moved to NBC and eventually moved to Queens FO were final decision was made.

congratulations. when did you file your I140 ? Because only cases filed before March are eligible for ROW.

@Shah Fahad I filed concurrently on November 20 2023. Filing date for i485 was current at that time but final action date became current in Jan 2024.

@Ibeh Omodolor that’s what happened in my case. Recieved combo card before i140 was approved. My underlying status was L-1B
