Nov 27, 2023: USCIS temporarily paused work on my application because an immigrant visa number was not immediately available to me.

does anyone how has approved 360 since last February 2024, has an update on pending 485 , if your answer yes when is you priority on your receipt , what’s your update?

my 485 is pending sinse 12/21/2020 !
nothing change since my vawa approved,
one day call center agant says ;
485 is in NBC
another day says in FO
today they said my 485 in NBC

Il est possible que les délais de traitement et les mises à jour pour chaque bénéficiaire varient même s'ils sont parrainés par la même personne. Chaque cas est unique et peut être traité à un rythme différent en fonction de divers facteurs tels que la charge de travail du bureau d'immigration, la complexité du cas et les circonstances individuelles. Il n’est pas rare que des dossiers reçoivent des mises à jour à des moments différents, même s’ils font partie d’une même demande de parrainage.
