To be issued a tourist visa you have to proof that you don't have an intend to immigrate

u can apply but u won't get it uscis would see u have a case pending so it would be a waste of money

unfortunately you have no control over your case at this point. I don't even think there is any faster service center

if u do that they ask you in interview why u go there u want just in USA many many question it's very risky this way effected on your immigration case simply
