prima Facie for FA
just saw that my FA application was denied at Lone Star College TX because I do not have GC. Has anyone used PF for FA in Texas and for what school ? Can I appeal this decision? They said I am eligible for Tafsa but I didn't graduate high school in TX or USA . I am so heartbroken. I just dropped the classes I had enrolled for.

You can appeal the decision. But ensure that the status you chose in the FAFSA application is "Eligible Non Citizen". Make the understand that the Prima Facie makes you eligible under the " Title IV HEA program assistance", to receive government assistance which includes FAFSA.
You might also want to consider other colleges, preferably in a more immigrant-friendly states, if TX isn'tworking.

I did GED exam to be eligible for TASFA here try and and if you have been here for about 3 years too you would be able to get in state tuition
