Processing Time for NOID Response by USCIS
what is the average processing time for USCIS to process a NOID response for an I-485 petition??. I sent mine three months ago and I’m still waiting for the response even though with the help of my local congressman which expedited the revision of my case, but no updates yet..

it was a stupid error by the services requesting a copy or prof of the I-140 notice of approval.. it was there but they didn’t see it … so I made sure to attach 8 copies on my response.

@Ryan Wilson I would think it impossible for them to miss 8 copies in your reply. But I would equally think it impossible they would miss your sarcasm which could be considered risky considering the seriousness of an NOID. Hope you hear positive news soon.
