I don't understand this whole process... they say they follow the sequence of cases arriving, with an exception of PP.. they also mention that some cases may take longer than others... but to me it's clear that there may be some kind of preference/prioritization based on some "unknown" criteria. I had a consultation with a lawyer who told me that they don't have time to analyse a case deeply. Usually, processes sit on a desk for months and a case officer spends 15 minutes and decides your future within this timeframe. It seems like a lottery.
