uscis delay
I feel terrible I have been waiting for too long
without my family
I had my interview 3 of 1 2024 and my kids were giving visa and my case was sent back to uscis for review
please who has the same experience

@ajebo soul I gather from your post that your case was at the nvc stage. If you don’t have an attorney I think you need one. If NVC sent your case back to Uscis it means that they are planning on revoking the petition. Good luck going forward.
