I have raised service quest for i485 and they replied below . what does is mean ? how much time it can take to print .

If USCIS officials determine that the requirement for an interview may be waived, your application will be adjudicated by a USCIS Field Office in the order in which it was received.

MEDICALS- RFE
Hi,
I have an online USCIS account because my Receipt number start with IOE and was given an access code. I received my RFE for medicals via the portal and the letter says I can scan and upload my results in the portal too. Is it advisable to upload it or just send it to them via courier. what do you guys think?
EAD received!
My hubby received his EAD in 45 days from receipt to in hand! We are so grateful! It arrived just in time for his birthday! Wohoo! We applied 3/15/24, received it 4/29/24. NBC. Now, let's hope for a smooth processing of I-130 and I-485!

Some hope for Texas I-751 filers?!
I have been following I-751 approvals at the Texas Service Center for months. My case is pending with no updates since Oct 8th 2021.
Typically I’ve been seeing roughly 0-10 I-751 cases being approved or RFE’d per week in Texas. However, according to Casegreen and confirmed by Case Tracker there has been a HUGE uptick in I-751s being worked on in the last week:
149 Approved
17 RFE
4 Transferred
The ones that have been approved most recently seemed to have been filed early October 2021, up to October 5/6th.
I’m hoping this momentum continues and I get some news on my case soon. But I wanted to share for anyone else in a similar position to me.
