I got response from 2 different congressmens with same response. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ they said my case currently signed to an officer to review however on letter didn’t mention any background check. do you think my delay related to background check.

i really dont get it what kind of background check it is

It’s a federal check it will take 2 to 3 weeks

@Hope Hope no they didn’t. they also mentioned it’s currently undergoing review with an officer but the main delay is the background check. it’s been over 4 months now

@Favor Mercy ; I feel you , mine is the same , my 360 has been approved since February 2024, no any update on my 485 , even they didn’t request for medical form. uscis responded to my request through the congressman (is currently assigned to an adjudicating officer for review) I saw people here got their approval who applied on 2021 .😔😔😔😔

@tired from waiting my question now is how long more do I need to wait for? I also called USCIS and a request ticket was opened as it’s outside processing time, they responded within 3 weeks with the same background check thing. it’s over 5 months now. It is well. Let God take control.

@Favor Mercy i did not even bother to contact with him or reach my congressman because i know that will be their answer:( I hope soon we will get approve
