How long after USCIS receive your response to a NOID do they usually take to action the case? Can anyone say?

with USCIS it’s anyone’s guess 🥹. my damn RFE is at 11 months… I hope it’s soon for you. ❤️

I was approved without an interview after responding to a NOID in February. My approval came in august

@Patiently waiting there isn’t a fixed time. it could be from the same day to months. hope you submitted everything they asked for in the NOID?

@Dpèrez Molina and@abc abc they tried to apply the Adam Walsh act to our case. That came out of nowhere since my husband never had no such legal issues. We handed the case over to a lawyer who responded. And my husband plan to sue for defamation of character after this fiasco is over. People need to be careful with USCIS.
