NVC Stuck at Ready after Interview
hello, i had a F4 migrant visa interview on 17th April, 2024 and was verbally approved by Consular.
My visa status on NVC changed to AP on 17th then it changed to Ready on 19th April and has been stuck there since
Today, 1st May was the day my case was last updated but its still on Ready
i’m quite anxious!
What evidence for online n400 app?
I’m submitting n400 online, so first question is are paper apps better/faster? this is first online app since I did 485 and 751 (pending) both in paper.
2nd ques—other than evidence automatically asked by online system (marriage certificate etc) what extra evidence is recommended? we had submitted insurance beneficiary docs, tax, etc with 751.
VAWA Greencard Interview after multiple expedite requests.
Hello everyone, I received a letter from USCIS requesting an interview following my request to expedite my green card application due to hardship and humanitarian reasons. My VAWA was approved last year June and medcal was received by USCIS in August. What should I prepare for this interview? I-765 online filing pending AOS
Hey, has someone tried to file for I-765 separately with their pending I-485? I filed I-765 with AOS but I-765 was rejected due to incorrect fee. I resubmitted again I-765 with explanation and it was again rejected. I made a new application on 4/1/24 for I-765 and have never received any response, reject or receipt from TSC.
I am contemplating filing online for I-765 since my I-485 is pending at NBC. Can someone advise if it’s possible
my opt EAD is expiring in June and will lose my job if I don’t have a renewed EAD

RFE confusion
USCIS RFE. My lawyer has NOT yet sent all evidence to USCIS that we provided to the firm. Mind you we sent EVERYTHING needed. my lawyer is very experienced so I’m confident we didn’t miss a thing. But for some weird reason it is showing as now actively reviewing as of April 16. Has anyone experienced this with I-130 and I-485? They gave us until June. lawyer said 95% of the time they still RFE anyway but was also surprised by the sudden “ actively reviewing “ status
