I am so glad I was in this community, someone in the community instructed me to get a lawyer to sue USCIS which is called a (MANDAMUS LAWSUIT) since it’s already passed my processing time. got a lawyer and the process was quicker than expected. After the interview, it was less than 48hrs I then got my I-485 approved. #Thank God for all he has done.

He said attorney helped him with mandamus, if you can afford for $5000. if you do it Pro Se, it's 5 times cheaper.

I go denied after 5 years waiting for answer and they lied saying that we did not answer RFE . I got a lawyer to open lawsuit APA against of them and now I’m waiting.
