My case is in Texas October 13, 2023, approved on August 12

Normally it's 14 months. That would be 80% of cases. Some cases approved sooner might be for filing k3 along with the i-130. Some approved after 15 months are bc USCIS work by quotas and they are forced to move on to more recent cases leaving some older cases behind to approve them later

unbelievable how anyone deemed as an illegal immigrant receives any kind of processing over and above any and all U S CITIZENS. what was 6 to 9 months for the total process is now 14.5 months just for an approval. illegals before their own....I'll stop before I......

@don riggs arw you refering to those who filed for Adjustment of Status and had overstayed their visas?

@E R no, not specifically, mostly those who came through the open border that had the red carpet laid out for them
