I-131 Travel Document
Hey Guys,
So I recently received my travel document in paper form to travel to Jamaica. Is this document normally in the form of a paper or is it the green book? And has anyone who received the paper form used it to traveled to Jamaica and back? If so, what’s the experience like?

they process the travel document in the same card with work permit and they call it a combo card or separately like yours and it’s in paper and when you travel they will stamp it when you return but I haven’t use it yet.

@Robert Yo ok thanks. that’s what I thought.

@Mor Cost What @Robert Yo mentioned is NOT TRUE.
I have travelled over 20 times to different countries from major airports.
They won’t stamp your I-131 ADVANCE PAROLE travel document (Paper Version) since its a multiple use document.
They only stamp a 1 time use ADVANCE PAROLE document.
Secondly, they will stamp your passport in secondary with a 1 year advance parole admission stamp.
If you travel multiple times then some airports upon returning will not stamp your passport, but some airports will stamp again and extend the validity of the stamp upon your return to the United States.

@A T thanks for that. I was a bit concerned as to why there’s only one box for stamp given that it’s a multiple use document. For a second I thought I had not received the document yet as my friend said he received the green book. Is there a different?

@A T Thanks for the info as I said I haven’t use it yet.

@Mor Cost Green Book is Travel Document which is issued to only Approved Asylum or Refugee Claimants.
