EB-3 Application and pending i-130

greetings I wish to apply an EB-3 visa dor my husband. the issue is that he has a pending form i-130.. can I apply for him still? can the application affect his form i-130? thank you

I got notified that from taxes service center that Case Was Sent To The Department Of State, but I have filed my I-824 application to potomac service center it’s still saying in process. what would be my next for it ? can you please advise?

hey everyone, have they started August cases yet? surely it’s getting close to being approved now, also, how long does it take to get from i130 approval to being DQ’d because currently it’s a 6 month wait to get an interview in my country 🙃🙃🙃🙃

Case transferred to San Bernardino 08/14/2024 RFE received 07/31/2024 It's hard to see some people approved in 9 months and others still waiting for more than 14 months, it's not fair. I'm very tired and sad 😔

62 months for I-130 spouse of us citizen waiting since April 2022

I just reviewed uscis website for processing times, it was very discourage to see that I-130 proceesing time showed 62 months at All fielld office where mine is at the moment. ( it was sent from Texas Service center ) does any one knows why it takes so much longer there?

After attending our interview way back in May, we sent an inquiry on 09/10/2024 and received a response today stating that our records shows you were present for your interview and you case is pending review by an immigration services officer. please what does this mean hope it isn’t what I am thinking 🤔(home visit bs). please your thoughts and opinions will be appreciated
