EB-3 Application and pending i-130
greetings
I wish to apply an EB-3 visa dor my husband.
the issue is that he has a pending form i-130..
can I apply for him still?
can the application affect his form i-130?

eb3 is based on employment. if you are a citizen filing for your husband based on marriage you can go ahead and send the i485, along with i765 and i131 (talk to a lawyer tho!!)
