but I don’t recive any 540 days extension letter, I have 180 days letter and it about to end in November mid. I work for airport and they will not gonna renew my badge as long as I show them either extension letter or work permit. I have to leave my job then 🥲

take print uscis news of extension 540 days , expired EAD card copy , receipt letter of uscis for renewal and if you applied work permit through Lawyer then take covering letter from Lawer for your employer that’s it

thank you so much, my six month extension about to expire in November I will go to the office in the end of October and then I will let them know about this things.

@Rohan s if you’re asylum is approved you can go to social security administration and update your SSN and you can use it as employment authorization. you don’t have to apply for EAD CARD anymore.
