LC approval
hello everyone, i have applied for unskilled last year. my sponsor filed my LC last year September 2023. how long should i wait to get approval. i’m an international student and i’m in dilemma right now. either go with this or drop this process. i’m working with BDV and I haven’t got LC approval yet. please i need honest feedback. thankyou so much everyone.
RFE Response
In January 2024, we responded to an RFE for I-485 (specifically I-865). 5 days later, case status changed back to "Case is being actively reviewed".
Is it possible to still recieve a denial based on the RFE? It has been 9 months now with no real updates. Others say they recieved approval after RFE response.

EAD Card with Prima Facie
Good morning everyone, quick question, I was told by an immigration consultant that one is able to file EAD if a person has a Prima Facie notice, how true is this? I’ve never heard this before. Once again I didn’t file EAD or AP because my spouse is a green card holder neither did I file I-485! Is it that I’ll just have to wait for VAWA to be approved before getting my EAD card or can I apply for it with a Prima Facie??

we are moving addresses. besides filling out the ar11 address change online for me and mailing the i865 for my wife as sponsor - is there anything else I need to do?
