@freeman I also have court in a few months for my master hearing did u go to court for the dismissal and is there any tip u can share cos am so anxious and overwhelmed

how long the uscis take to reopen your case

@ola sho yes I went to court twice first is for master hearing and second for dismissal . you don’t need to panic master hearing is easy . the ok just want to know u and tell u you offence . but if u have i130 approved then ur lawyer can file for dismissal in court. DO NOT GO TO COURT BY URSELF ……..

@freeman 1 thanks so much and yes I already have i130 approved for close to 2years now and I do have a lawyer what’s is the time frame between master hearing and for dismissal hope it didn’t take too long for the second hearing did it take weeks or months before u went for the second hearing
