DOL is currently processing PERM LC for August 2023. So it'll soon be your turn. Keep in mind that if you're selected for Audit, it'll take longer.

@henry nikolas Now Lc approval takes about 14 months without audit and with audit about 18+ months. to apply for AOS you need to keep your f-1 active since your PD is Sep 2023 it will take at least 3.5 to 4 year depending on the backlog and retrogression but it is a really long process

Things are taking way longer than before. LC is taking around a year. So many people are still waiting to send the forms due to retrogression. If you have a better alternative route I would say drop it. If this is your best shot try to be patient your time will come.

LC WILL TAKE 2 or more months . it is taking 13/15 months. it may take 6/7 years to get a GC . so plan accordingly

As long step right now, the risk is your sponsor may not wait for you and cancel then you have to go back at the beginning of the process again
