@Amal Jaber if your lawyer wouldn’t be able to file the I-140 in a proper way, it’s a red flag then. I advise you to change your Sponsor/lawer and don’t waste anymore time.

@Amal Jaber if your lawyer can't reply you on time, not reachable then it's better to find someone else. LC is valid for certain time period , other wise you have to go through all over again

common reasons why I140 is denied either sponsor is not capable (not sufficient financials) or the beneficiary does not qualify for the position applied.

since you already have a labor certification, keep in mind that this is only good for 180 days. you have to act fast in order to avoid starting from zero.
